General Shipping Information

Due to office closures on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, orders will ship Thursday through Monday.

The Lucy Desi Museum ships Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM ET. Orders placed before 3 PM ET during the week are typically shipped the same day. All orders are shipped from Jamestown, NY, with the exception of select apparel and home goods items, which are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Domestic orders are shipped via Priority Mail, and packages generally arrive 2–3 business days from the date shipped.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with any questions regarding missing deliveries.

Shipping Rates

Contiguous U.S.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the carrier's current rates, package weight, size, destination, and selected shipping speed. 

We ship using USPS and other major carriers to provide the most reliable and cost-effective options available at the time of purchase.

Outside the Contiguous U.S.

A standard flat rate is charged for shipments outside the contiguous United States. If the actual carrier cost exceeds the amount charged at checkout, the customer must pay the difference, or the order will be canceled.

Rush Shipping

Rush shipping is available Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM ET will be shipped the next business day.

Rush shipping options are available for an additional cost and will be displayed at checkout when available. 

International Shipping

Shipping times for international orders are not guaranteed due to potential customs delays. No refunds will be issued for international shipping under any circumstances.

Lucy Desi Museum Members receive free domestic shipping on online orders.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, including for returned orders.
